Now–right now, its Maundy Thursday. The first of the three holiest days of the Christian year.

I am creating a bulletin for the 2nd Sunday of Easter–celebrating the Risen Lord who reigns.

Now–right now, we remember Jesus washing the feet of the Disciples and sharing his last meal with them–giving them some final lessons, words, hope.

I am writing a sermon for Easter Sunday celebrating the Resurrection.

Now–the Savior calls me to be present in remembering his suffering, taking up my cross and following him.

But like the disciples, I am easily distracted by arguments of who is greater and what is the next task to conquer.

Now–the Savior waits. Will I live in the Now?
